Your participation in this survey will help you and your bee colonies by identifying and prioritizing your pest management needs. Your input will be used to develop a Pest Management Strategic Plan (PMSP) for Honey Bees in the Mid-Atlantic States, which will help the USDA and the EPA maintain important pest management tools as their registrations are challenged by the Food Quality Protection Act (FQPA). This effort is extremely important to agriculture and to pesticide regulators to make sure the decisions associated with the FQPA are sound. It is imperative that decision makers have the information available to take into account the potential impacts of their decisions on agricultural profitability, on the effective control of pests and diseases, and on our overall food supply.
Please submit your priorities using the online survey below, or print and mail the Word file below to: Holly Gatton, Virginia Tech Pesticide Programs, 305 Sandy Hall (MC 0409), Blacksburg VA 24061.
Thank you for your help!
