This document is a work in progress. The original document was created by surveying Virginia Cooperative Extension agents during the fall of 2006. The input they provided was on behalf of their localities. As time goes on other sources will be added to these base data so that the priority list becomes representative of all stakeholders. Other stakeholders include: Extension specialists, research scientists, growers, grower organizations, pest control interests, other agricultural agencies, and other local agricultural interests.
